Superfood Protein Yogurt Bowl

My go to breaky or mid-day pick me up packed with protein and antioxidants. Adding more protein to my diet is my number one health goal right now. This yogurt bowl has plenty of protein plus berries, nuts and superfoods that make it a nourishing bowl to jump start my day. 

I use:

- Dairy free yogurt or full fat greek yogurt (look at the label to check for added sugars and preservatives) 

_ 1 cup of your fave berries

- 1 tbsp chia seeds

- 1 tbsp flaxseed

- 1 tbsp organic peanut butter (check the label) 

- a handful of nuts (currently loving macadamia nuts)
